It's a party. It's an experiment. It's a crazy little idea about loving our bodies, and maybe loving other people's bodies too. It's a space for us to get together that is respectful, where we can make our own rules and stretch our imaginations. Sensuality and sexuality are welcomed and celebrated. Come to indulge and enjoy, in any way that feels good to you.
The bathhouse was started by Doug Melanson, who turned over Seadog's Sauna and Spa to Venus Envy and volunteers one night every few months. The event was soon adopted by some enthusiastic participants who dubbed themselves the Shedogs. It has since grown into a full-fledged social/sexual/sensual party phenomenon for women (of all orientations) and transfolks only.
Anything can happen - if you make it! Meet people and chat in a relaxed atmosphere where social rules can be rewritten.
